Toilet and ceramic chip repair at your home, anywhere in the UK

Toilet & ceramic chip repair without replacing anything

Toilets and cisterns get chipped during fitting and from dropped items. Replacing one means a plumber and sometimes new flooring, and a matching cistern may no longer be made. We rebuild the damaged area and match it to the glaze.

We travel to you anywhere in the UK, and every repair comes with our one-year guarantee. Send us a photo for a free, no-obligation quote.

How it works

  1. We clean and dry the damaged area.

  3. We sand it flush.
  4. We colour-match and finish the glaze.
  5. We polish the repair to blend it in.

When a toilet should be replaced

A crack that leaks water, or a crack through the bowl or trap, can’t be made safe with a cosmetic repair. If that’s what we find, we’ll tell you rather than carry out a repair that won’t last.

Toilet and ceramic chip repair: common questions

Can you repair a chipped toilet?

Yes. Chips to the pan, rim, cistern and lid are the most common jobs.

Can you fix a cracked toilet that leaks?

No. A leaking crack needs the toilet replacing. We repair cosmetic chips and breaks.

Will the colour match?

We mix the colour on the day to match the glaze.

How long does it take?

Usually an hour or two, depending on the size of the damage.

Is it worth repairing rather than replacing?

Usually, if the item is otherwise sound. A repair avoids the cost and disruption of removal, plumbing and making good. If replacement would be better, we’ll tell you.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Quotes are free and fixed, based on your photos.
