How we look after the information you send us.
Who we are

What we collect
- Details you send through the quote form or by email: name, postcode, email, phone, photos and a description of the job.
- Phone calls: we use WhatConverts call tracking, which shows a tracking number on the site and records call details such as the number called from, the time and length of the call and which page or advert led to it.
- Basic website data such as the pages viewed and the referring site, collected by our call tracking and hosting provider (Cloudflare) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out work you ask for (contract), to keep records we must keep by law, and to understand which pages and adverts bring enquiries (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our website, forms and call tracking, under contract. We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead: up to two years. Customer records: as long as needed for the guarantee and for tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
