4. What preparation is included? Cleaning, rust treatment, chip repairs and stripping old coatings.

6. Are you insured? Public liability insurance protects you if something is damaged.
7. Can I see photos of similar jobs?
8. Where can I read reviews? Look on independent sites such as Trustpilot or Google.
9. How will you protect my bathroom? Dust sheets, masking and ventilation.
10. What aftercare do you recommend?
